So Happy New Year, everyone.
This one will be nice and short sa something odd is happening in the place of my residence.

Not that this is bad, it's just interesting.
It was great seeing everyone at the New Year's party. It was also kind of important because it was the first time I had seen most of them outside of school.
It's a special kind of leap to move from a school-only relationship to something more. It was like that in high school and it's like that now.
I hadn't fully realized that all of you even exist outside of school until Kate and Lauren sat by my bed and read bridal magazines to me all morning.
It's nice to have new friends that I actually want to be with year round.

So, this is the blog of Brett. I used to write on my Myspace and I still use my Facebook all the time to tell people what's going on in my life, but I suppose true blogging isn't about what's happening in your life, it's about your reaction to it and what it inspires you to think. Not to say that this is my journal. It's where I drop my brain off at the end of the day.

I agree. There were a lot of people that I knew from work or co-op that I really enjoyed being around, but if you never see them outside of that place it's harder to build a solid and lasting relationship. I'm glad that you have been able to get that at home. :)
Oh, and did you learn anything interesting from Kate and Lauren? haha
